Come out to The Apple Farm Stand where we will be hosting a special Pop-Up to benefit our hometown, baby boy, Logan Burnett and Family. Since sweet Logan was born in March with a rare cystic malformation named Lymphangioma, Joey, Alex, big sister Nora and Logan have spent much time away from home and have made many life adjustments to accommodate Logan's specific needs. Logan was born at The Children's Hospital of Philadelphia where they lived out of the hospital and a hotel for more than a month. Once Logan was stable, they were sent home and since transferred his care to Golisano Children's Hospital. Alex has returned to work full time at Reliant Community Credit Union as Joey has taken a leave of absence from Mott's to stay home to care for Logan and sister Nora as life is now filled with many Dr visits, home nurse visits, medication schedules, and specific feeding and sleeping needs.. Logan has also most recently been seen at Cincinnati Children's Hospital where a team of specialists gave the family more information and knowledge about Logan's specific case ensuring they have all the tools and connections to help Logan manage this lifelong, chronic disease as they wait for a cure. Please come out and shop and enjoy the farm on this upcoming Fall day and know that your presence and purchases will truly make a difference to one of our favorite local family's during a trying transition of life.
